A lifelong Connecticut resident and graduate of Springfield College, Mark Castelhano, initially started his career managing golf facilities. Being a seasonal vocation, Mark began working with his father to generate a deeper understanding of the insurance business. Mark became an insurance agent full time in 2007, and in April of 2018, received an opportunity to establish his own firm which would align with is desire to offer a larger selection of products to his clients.

Nick is a University of Hartford graduate with both a bachelor’s and MBA. His empathetic nature drives his mission to simplify insurance in the digital age for our clients. When he's not assisting clients, you'll find Nick on the soccer field, coaching the Ellington (CT) Middle School team or running local camps. Nick also provides comprehensive website development services to our commercial clients, alongside a range of other tailored marketing solutions to meet their specific needs.

Jeff loves working with people; making the insurance business a natural fit. He helps clients of all ages looking for a personalized, friendly, and stress-free experience when it comes to navigating the world of life and disability insurance. Jeff specializes in getting to know his clients and evaluating their needs so he can find the most appropriate solutions for them at the best possible price.
On the weekends, Jeff can be found bike riding, hiking, and - in the winter - skiing and snowboarding in Vermont.
